Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know we received your order, and your order will be on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS’s delivery standard which is 5 - 8 business days. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bybobijewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
